With categories such as Beef Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Chicken, and Ribs, you’ll want to make plans to join us this year to claim your portion of the second highest Illinois purse in competitive BBQ!
With a fresh new SCA sanctioned Friday Night Steak Cookoff, this year’s competition is turning up the heat!
Collaborating with the Pigs & Swigs Festival, historical downtown Lincoln comes alive with fun-filled craft brew events, foot-stomping local bands, the traditional Scully Park’s 80+ vendor craft fair, and newly added canine athletes — DockDogs.
